DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO

At Lqist we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive quickly. We are happy to send your goods to virtually any address in the world, except the United States of America. Your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient. If anything is troubling you, don.t hesitate to contact our Customer Service for support on custrep@lqist.com.

PAYMENT

All purchases on lqist.com are paid for in advance with VISA or MasterCard. Payment can be made in EURO or Swedish Krona (only for deliveries in Sweden). All items sold on lqist.com are Lqist's property until you have fully paid for them.

DELIVERY TIMES

After having made your purchase at lqist.com you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you listed. The same email address is also you login name. Logging in on the homepage, you will be able to see the status of your order.

LATE DELIVERY

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is severely overdue please contact our Customer Service, and we will take appropriate action.
Please note that our offices are open during European working hours only.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

At Lqist we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If however you need to return an unused item you can do so within 14 days for a refund or exchange. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused state. Lqist reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before returning the goods you need to let our Customer Service know. You are also advised to keep the coli number from the post office to make sure your goods are returned. We cannot give you any refund or exchange unless the goods are returned to us. No freight costs are refunded.

FAULTY GOODS

All our parcels are insured by the postal service. If the packaging looks damaged, take it up at the post office immediately. It is important that you do not walk out with a visibly damaged parcel. Lqist is not responsible for any damage taken after the parcel is in the hands of the post.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges. Don.t forget to let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods that you intend to return it and why. To do so, send an email to custrep@lqist.com, that way we can try to reserve any another good should you want it exchanged. You receive your refund after the goods have arrived at Lqist.
Please also enclose the despatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Lqist via the Post Office and for your protection we advise that you obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.

WARRANTY

We warrant that you will be entitled to the benefit of any warranties or guarantee given to you by the sole supplier in the site: Lqist. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.
All warranties concerning Lqist products is stated in the section .Lqist Product Warranty. on this site.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's content as well as a desicription of the items.
Please be advised that orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. Lqist is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
